Extensive research and targeted interviews revealed gaps that ignored the user’s needs. Bonk is a gender neutral platform with user friendly design and application.
After discussing what could be improved in today’s mountain biking apps with bike tech staff, I realized from their answers that the main issue was interacting with apps during a ride.
They complained that most apps in the market did not have an easy visible interface, nor did the UI have enough contrast to be visible when riding on bumpy trails.
